Find us in the hotel’s west wing, with leafy views of the gardens, outdoor terraces overlooking palm trees and Phnom Penh’s most beautiful boulevard, Daun Penh Avenue. You may have come here before, when the restaurant was known as Café Monivong. In keeping with recent renovations, we decided to give the place a thorough facelift and rebaptise it in honour of the opening year of the hotel. Now you can dine in a vibrant Parisian-style brasserie that oozes vintage charm while looking to the future by offering a contemporary dining experience with plenty of panache.

Rediscover the true flavours of classic French gastronomy, prepared to mouthwatering perfection by our chefs. Choose to start your meal with a plate of steaming escargots or a parfait de foie with crusty bread. Following recent refurbishments, the restaurant gleams with its original aura of grandeur. Banks of arched windows showcase views of our lush gardens while letting daylight flood into the elegant dining room. High ceilings and interior walls feature masterful paintings by the royal artist Asasax.

Lose yourself in the peaceful splendour of this setting as a classical pianist tickles the ivories on the grand piano in one corner of the restaurant.
